Our Brother TN245 compatible toner refill kits have been specially designed by the technical team at zinetic to enable you to refill your empty Brother TN241 and TN245 cartridges. The refill kits have a page yield of 2200 pages for the colors TN245C, TN245M, TN245Y and 2500. pages for the TN245BK black cartridge. If you are refilling the original Brother toner cartridge that came free with the printer, you will also have the option to purchase a small reset gear from our website to reset the printer. (All cartridges have this reset gear except the cartridge that are delivered free with the printer.)

Toner Refill Instructions for Brother TN241 and TN245 Cartridges

Remove your Brother TN245 or TN241 empty cartridge from your printer and place it on several newspapers.

• Locate the plastic end plate on the cartridge.
• Remove it from the cartridge by removing 2 screws.
• Locate the cap and remove it using a screwdriver.
• Empty all the toner residue from the cartridge.
• Fill the cartridge with compatible toner powder.
• Replace the cap in your cartridge.
• Reset the cartridge either using the reset gear or by using the reset instructions.
• Replace the end plate on the TN241 or TN245 cartridge.
