Do you offer next working day delivery?
Yes, UK mainland customers can select and pay for next working day delivery during checkout.
Do you accept returns ?
Should you decide not to go ahead with your toner refill, we will gladly accept back for refund, any unused and unopened bottles of toner/kits within 14 days from purchase. (This excludes bulk purchases).
We cannot accept the return of toner bottle/chips/cartridges or drums where the product has been opened / seal has been broken. Please note that postage and packing fees will not be refunded. Click here to read our policy..
Can I collect my order?
Yes if the item is in stock and you are local to Reading, we are happy for you to collect your order. Please allow 24 hours for the order to be processed.
