Method 3 - Melt and Pour
If your cartridge doesn’t have a removable hopper cap our "Melt & Pour" method is the easiest way to refill. Create a hole in your cartridge (in the correct place) empty and then refill the cartridge through the hole.
Our melting tool is the easiest way of making a precise hole in your empty cartridge.Once you have created a hole, pour the toner in and seal with tape. Our starter kits for melt & pour cartridges have the melting tool ncluded.
The majority of HP and Canon cartridges are refilled using the "Melt & Pour" method

Different printer manufacuters use different cartidge designs so your cartridge might vary in exact detail from the example above, but the principle will be the same. You may also need to change a chip or reset the cartridge - our instructions will show you how.
