Method 2 - Unscrew, Empty, Refill
Some toner cartridges have a single screw standing between you and a removable hopper cap or alternatively a filling hole. Removing the screw or screws will reveal the hopper cap or filling hole - empty and then refill. A lot of cartridges can be refilled using this same basic method although each cartridge model may have more than one screw to remove.

- QMS Magicolor: 2200, 2210, 2300, 2350
- Samsung: SCX 4100, 4200, ML 1610, ML 2010, CLP 500, 550
- Lexmark: c500N, X500N, X502N
Different printer manufacuters use different cartidge designs so your cartridge might vary in exact detail from the example above, but the principle will be the same. You may also need to change a chip or reset the cartridge - our instructions will show you how.
