Just to let you know the refill went fine. The instructions were really easy to follow and the printing results are brilliant. Very happy :-) Sometimes when things are cheaper you don't always get the quality of goods or service but I'd like to thank you and Zinetic because not only is the quality of the goods fantastic your customer service should be applauded. Dell 3010cn Toner Refill

Hi Sandy,
Just to let you know the toner arrived safely yesterday, filled the cartridges last night, found your instructions clear and concise, I'm very happy...... printer working fine.
I can see why this stuff is expensive now...its got a very strange composition I've never seen powder dance like water before and expand double, its very weird stuff! I read an article somewhere regarding laser printers and how really they shouldn't work at all given the complexity of the process.. I understand fully now what they were talking about.

Thanks for the personal attention. The chip worked perfectly and I’m so pleased to have put a small hole in the billion dollar profits that Dell has just announced! If it is not an administrative nightmare please buy yourself and the office a couple of cookies to go with your coffee.We have several clients with the same printer so will definitely use your company in the future.

Brother TN2000 Toner Refill
Must compliment Zintec on prompt and responsive service. Brother printer is up and running again! As mentioned...I was actually more concerned with getting the printer running again, rather than worrying about the fine costing details revolving around a relatiely minor paypal problem, but it was very much appreciated that someone took notice of the issue.

delighted with the results. Real value for money.
I was quoted £80.00 for a new cartridge at RYMANS on the high street and
from £55.00 upwards on the internet.

Lexmark X502N Toner Refill

Hi Sandy
Received cartridge today and have now refilled it. Toner was a little
reluctant to flow through the relatively narrow spout but with patience most
of it went in (95% at least). I had a small toner spillage when I first
approached the slot with the bottle. Subsequently I found this could be
avoided by raising one end of the cartridge to about 45 degrees and only
tilting the bottle 45 degrees. When the spout was in the slot the cartridge
could be lowered keeping the bottle engaged.
Thank you for your continuing help, it pleases me not to purchase complete
OEM units as refilling with somebody's toner (even the manufactures if that
were possible) makes such good sense.

I wonder if you could suggest a low cost color laser printer for us to buy.
I have always used your toner refills for our black/white laser printer and
very happy with your products. My idea is to buy a color laser which can use
your refills. What do you suggest?
