UK Shipment:

Currently 99% of our orders ship the next working day.

• Postage and packing is not included in advertised prices.
• UK postage fees will be added at check out.

All UK orders will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class "Recorded Delivery". 1st Class Recorded Takes between 1 and 3 working days (not suitable for items over 1m in length).

A signature is required upon delivery. Please contact us if you have not received your goods within 5 working days.

The following shipping charges will be applied to all UK orders at check out.

European / International Shipping Charges:

Postage for orders that are shipping to Europe/International destinations, will not be calculated automatically online. You will need to pay an extra charge depending on the weight/size of your order.

We can ship via any of the following services:

• Standard Air Mail
• Airsure (if available)
• International Signed For
• Courier service.

Airsure / International Signed For

All Airsure and International Signed For mail receives priority handling in the UK and abroad (not availanle to all countries). Expected delivery times* are:

• Western Europe : 4 working days
• Eastern Europe : 5 working days
• Rest of the World : 7-10 working days

*excludes items that are not in stock

Most packages arrive at their destination countries within a few days - problems with delivery are most likely to occur with the postal service in the destination country. In the event that your order does not arrive within the expected times above we must wait until the item is declared lost before we can resend the package.

Airsure / International Signed For packages are not declared lost unless they remain undelivered for five weeks in Europe, or six weeks worldwide.
