All UK orders over £5.00 exc VAT will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class "Recorded Delivery". 1st Class Recorded takes between 1 and 3 working days.
A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery at the address you have stated, to prevent delivery charges being incurred for re-delivery. If you need to contact us to re-deliver you will need to pay the delivery charge plus VAT again.
If the order is subsequently cancelled a credit will be made less a restocking fee of 25% of the order, plus the initial delivery charge

International Shipments:
Depending on the value of your order we will ship via one of the following mail services:
- Standard Air Mail.
- Airsure (if available).
- International Signed For.
- Courier service.
Airsure / International Signed For
All Airsure and International Signed For mail receive priority handling in the UK and abroad (not available to all countries). Expected delivery times* are:
- Western Europe : 4 working days.
- Eastern Europe : 5 working days.
- Rest of the World : 7-10 working days.
*excludes items that are not in stock
Most packages arrive at their destination countries within a few days - problems with delivery are most likely to occur with the postal service in the destination country.
In the event that your order does not arrive within the expected times above we must wait until the item is declared lost before we can resend the package.
Airsure / International Signed For packages are not declared lost unless they remain undelivered for five weeks in Europe, or six weeks worldwide.
