Standard delivery: Shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class "Recorded" post. 1st Class Recorded takes between 1 and 3 working days.
Express delivery: is shipped via our designated courier.

Singing for your order UK and International
Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery at the address you have stated. If you need to contact us to re-deliver you will need to pay the delivery charge again.
If the order is subsequently cancelled a credit will be made less a restocking fee of 25% of the order, plus the initial delivery charge.
International Signed For
All International Signed For mail receive priority handling in the UK and abroad. Expected delivery times* are:
- Western Europe : 4 working days.
- Eastern Europe : 5 working days.
- Rest of the World : 7-10 working days.

Most packages arrive at their destination countries within a few days - problems with delivery are most likely to occur with the postal service in the destination country.
In the event that your order does not arrive within the expected times above we must wait until the item is declared lost before we can resend the package.
International Signed For packages are not declared lost unless they remain undelivered for five weeks in Europe, or six weeks worldwide.
