Override the Chip / Replace Supplies Alert:

Print until your cartridges are empty, not until the chip stops you printing!!

When the chips reach 2,000 pages on any of your toner cartridges it will stop you printing. However there will still be approx 5-10% of toner left inside your cartridge waiting to be used up.

Use the following printer settings to override the “replace supplies message” and continue printing.

(The supplies report, toner low and toner out alerts will be unavailable)

On the printer  :

·         From the main menu press (RIGHT ARROW) twice to Main Menu System Setup then press (Select)

·         Press (RIGHT ARROW) twice to Print quality and then press (SELECT)

·         Press (RIGHT ARROW) once to replace supplies and press (SELECT)

·         Press (RIGHT ARROW) once to Override out and press (SELECT)

·         Press (SELECT)
