The video below shows an example of basic refill procedure required for Unscrew, Empty, Refill. Your cartridge may have more that one screw / part to remove to access the toner chamber - our instructions will explain any details.

Different printer manufacturers use different cartidge designs so your cartridge might vary in exact detail from the example above, but the principle will be the same i.e. unscrewing to access a toner chamber. You may also need to change a chip or reset the cartridge our photographic instructions will show you how
